The FRANK Group, with its parent company FRANK Walz- und Schmiedetechnik GmbH and other subsidiaries, is one of the leading groups of companies on the European agricultural market in the field of wear parts for agricultural technology and as an original equipment manufacturer for many agricultural machinery manufacturers.

With four production sites in Europe, the Group has doubled its turnover to around €75 million in the last five years, and the long-established company now employs a total of around 500 people. Under the premium brand FRANK ORIGINAL, the Group and its companies are strategically pursuing the goal of becoming a full-range supplier of construction and wear parts for agricultural technology for its customers.

O.E.M.Tec GmbH was acquired at the end of 2021 to complement the product range. The specialist supplier from Saxony-Anhalt manufactures a wide range of knives that are used in forage harvesters, loaders and feed mixers, for example.

The takeover of Lamator GmbH in Torgau, Saxony, was completed at the end of 2022. Components such as spring tines for agricultural machinery have been developed and manufactured there for over 100 years. Lamator's traditional products serve a highly topical trend: mechanical weed control, which allows farmers to reduce or completely avoid the use of weedkillers.
