Our sales team, our product managers and our logistics department ensure that all the requirements of our partners in the specialist and wholesale trade are handled quickly and smoothly. This also includes product training for the sales of our retail partners and, if required, support for sales promotion.

Permanent optimization of the product range

In constant exchange with our trading partners, through feedback from our end customers at numerous agricultural trade fairs and not least by closely monitoring the national agricultural markets, we are constantly optimizing our range to suit a broad cross-section of agricultural machinery technology.

Our logistics service

Our goal is to supply our trade partners and end customers in the aftermarket with the right products at the right time.  To achieve this, we not only invest in targeted demand planning, but also in a spacious merchandise warehouse in the middle of Germany. More than 1,500 different FRANK wear parts are waiting to be shipped to specialist retailers worldwide in a high-bay warehouse covering over 2,200 square meters. This is how we guarantee high availability of our goods.

Product-oriented warehouse and shelving technology and the use of efficient IT systems enable us to process your orders quickly. Despite predominantly standardized processes, we are also happy to implement your very special packaging specifications: Customer requirements, precision and safety have top priority in FRANK logistics.

Our forwarding partners pick up the goods ready for dispatch every day and deliver them reliably and safely within the agreed transit times. And if something does go wrong, FRANK will be happy to sort it out for you without any red tape. Of course, you can also have your consignment collected by your trusted transport company. Our warehouse team will be happy to load it for you!
